An old style beach house was given a totally new look with a complete 3 storey renovation. With stunning waterfront and sunset views, the emphasis was on opening up the main floor living space to the view with as many large windows and retractable glass doors to the deck space as possible. LP Design worked closely with the owners to revise the spaces, designing an open kitchen with separate bistro height eating area for casual TV watching while acting as a sofa back table to the family seating area. A strong focal point in the open living space is the fireplace wall designed by LP Design. The master ensuite is very large and light filled, with the powder room and entry foyer adding dramatic details.
